IEP
We work with families to create Individualized Education Plans (IEP) to meet the specific needs of their children. This plan includes related services to ensure that he/she receives the most benefit from his/her education. An IEP is a written program that outlines the special education services the student will receive. The services are based on the needs of the student. Pursuant to A.R.S. 41-1351, we will destroy the special education records including intervention, evaluation, and IEP's four years after the student's final enrollment in our district.
